WAGYU

Wagyu is our Specialty.

Wa means Japan, and gyū means cattle, or simply "Japanese cow".

Wagyu is also often referred to as Kobe Beef.

A grading system has been developed to indicate the ratio of monounsaturated fats to saturated fats. It starts from Marble Score 4 up to 12.

Higher Marble Score means it has higher percentage of oleic acid, a monounsaturated fat which creates its famous marbled texture, tenderness and superior flavor, which simply melts in your mouth.

Wagyu has started becomes more popular than ever as people move toward better health and living, since Wagyu has been known as ‘good meat’ for its contents of essential fatty acids, which has been found to help lowering blood cholesterol.
